Job summary

MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Member Relations Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role serving members across Minneapolis and Saint Paul. You will manage current and prospective member relationships, connect them to MRA services, and identify solutions that meet business needs.

You will engage in member relationships, business development, and top-notch customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with travel to member locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, account management, membership services, business development, sales, or related field.
• Relationship management: ability to build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communication: excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical: proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• CRM: experience using CRM systems or databases.
• Competencies: strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel: ability to travel periodically to member locations, events, conferences.

• Help organizations maximize membership value by connecting to MRA's services and solutions.
