Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 1–2 years in customer service, account management, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM familiarity.
• Willingness to travel periodically to member locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource and relationship manager for current and prospective members.
• Connect members to MRA's services and identify solutions to meet business needs.
