Job summary

Raise is currently hiring a contract Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of our client in Spring, Texas. This contingent assignment offers exposure to a globally recognized organization and a dynamic recruitment environment within the oil and gas sector.

You will support candidate communications, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and assist in creating recruitment reports for leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills and experience with MS Office and ATS are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years as a recruitment coordinator or similar in corporate recruitment (oil & gas).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multi-priority work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• CHRP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Preference for a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
