Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Education department in Bryn Mawr, PA. You will lead daily operational workflows, coordinate with external clients, and supervise a team of recruiters at the corporate office.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree, 1+ year in recruitment or customer service, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1+ year recruitment or customer service experience with phone resolution.
• 1+ year management experience.
• Strong phone rapport building.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently toward assigned goals.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage metrics and hand out ads, staffing models, client satisfaction, and performance levels

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Associate’s degree
• Minimum of one (1) year recruitment or customer service experience that involved resolving challenges via phone
• Minimum of one (1) year managment experience
• Effective phone rapport building skills
• A demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently towards assigned goals
• Proficient technical skills including Word and Excel
