• Ability to process wires and digital account openings with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of day-to-day credit union operations and processes.
• Review and process remote outgoing wire transfer requests and related debits.
• Audit digital account opening applications and reports.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
• Handle powers of attorney, subpoenas, and IRA-related tasks.
• Assist with reporting and process improvements across departments.
• Deliver accurate documentation and respond to member inquiries.
