Credit Union of Georgia is seeking a Talented Member Solutions Officer to join our team. You will provide top-tier member service, process loan applications, and identify the best lending options to meet member needs.

The role emphasizes cross-selling and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. You will support branch operations and complete training to stay current with policies and standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in member solutions, financial services, or customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience in bank or credit union lending required.
• 5+ years of professional work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier member service per brand standards and journEASE experience.
• Assist members with inquiries, requests, and new accounts.
• Process loan applications and supporting docs with accuracy.
• Identify lending opportunities by reviewing credit reports.
• Meet loan goals and cross-sell GAP, Warranty, and Credit Shield.
• Support branch ops, including opening/closing.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-sell and explain benefits of credit union products.
• Complete required compliance, security, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
