SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Consumer Loan Service Delivery Representative to support Members by phone, process loan applications, and fund loans and credit cards. You will deliver professional, world-class service while following regulatory requirements and maintaining confidentiality of Member data.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, clear communication, and a customer-first approach to help Members achieve their lending goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve the Membership by providing World Class Personal Service, primarily via the phone for consumer lending needs.
• Submit consumer loan applications for decisions and gather required documents.
• Assist Members with applying, processing, and funding loans and credit cards.
• Explain loan decisions and required steps to Members and provide product information.
• Maintain confidentiality of Member information and comply with regulations.
