Job summary

Alabama ONE Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Specialist I who will engage with Members to assist in their lending needs, analyze loan requests, and recommend approvals or denials based on established guidelines.

The role involves preparing loan documents, maintaining compliance with lending criteria, and resolving Member issues. Candidates should have 2-4 years of similar experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of similar experience in lending or finance.
• Ability to understand and apply lending guidelines appropriately.
• Strong courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in Member interactions.

Responsibilities
