Job summary

American Airlines Credit Union in Tulsa seeks a member-focused professional to process loan applications, assess credit, and offer suitable products. You will handle consumer loan requests, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote cross-selling opportunities within a collaborative team.

Ability to work in-person, strong customer service, and attention to detail are essential. Notary duties and occasional weekend shifts may apply as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must work in-person at assigned branch.
• Experience in financial institution loan processing or underwriting within last 12 months.
• Job level determined by candidate's skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new loan applications by interviewing members, reviewing credit reports and documents, offering best products.
• Exercise lending authority to handle loan requests, including consumer loans.
• Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union.
• Support or speak publicly at Credit Union events.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with branch managers and staff.
• Research member inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain awareness of branch functions and duties for proper coverage.
• Enforce internal controls and security per policies and regulations.
• Promote teamwork, service excellence and relationships.
• Perform Notary Services as required.
• Provide coverage for management vacations.
• May work rotating Saturdays depending on location.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations.
