Responsibilities

• Execute 80-100+ daily outreach touchpoints via phone, SMS, and email.
• Build rapport and communicate Leap's value clearly to undecided members.
• Serve as primary contact from first outreach through handoff to Care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups across systems.
