Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Intake Coordinators.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and guidance.
• Monitor daily intake operations and ensure timely task completion.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated patient concerns and scheduling issues.
• Develop and maintain standardized intake procedures and workflows.
• Conduct routine audits of patient charts and intake documentation.
