Job summary

EDUCAUSE is seeking a Membership Analytics Engineer to support enterprise data workflows, from requirements through development, ensuring reliable data access for internal and external stakeholders. The role includes gathering requirements, transforming data in Microsoft Fabric, and presenting insights in Power BI for reporting and decision making.

The position works with the Enterprise Data Management team to ingest new data sources, maintain data quality, and enable AI-driven analytics while

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SQL database experience with data modeling
• 2-5 years of Power BI experience developing BI dashboards
• 2-5 years of data collection, preparation, transformation, modeling, reporting
• Preferred: experience with engagement scoring systems
• Preferred: experience identifying at-risk members for revenue insights

Responsibilities

• Develop Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards identifying trends and insights for Membership and the association.
• Create and modify data models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
• Develop AI-assisted analytics for natural language exploration of data models.
• Perform data analysis to inform planning and development of BI resources affecting member engagement and revenue.
• Create ad-hoc data reports using SQL and Office tools.
• Collaborate with other systems to assist with survey analysis and data quality efforts.
