Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Analytics/Healthcare Informatics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in BI, analytics development, data engineering, or related technical role.
• Healthcare analytics experience valued, especially in hospice or post-acute care settings.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including data modeling, semantic models, dashboards, reports, dataflows, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support enterprise analytics solutions for trusted insights.
• Develop semantic models, dashboards, reports, dataflows, and automated solutions with Power BI and Fabric.
• Partner with users to understand workflows, decisions, pain points, and opportunities for analytics.
• Promote governed self-service analytics within an enterprise security framework.
• Mature analytics ecosystem toward AI-enabled insights and prescriptive recommendations over time.
• Support data quality, governance, security, and access controls.
