NorthEast Provider Solutions Inc. is seeking an Analytics Engineer in the DMA-Data Management & Analytics department to expand and optimize the enterprise data warehouse.

The role focuses on ELT design, data governance, and building analytics capabilities across clinical and non-clinical domains. You will collaborate with executives and operations teams to enable data-driven decision making, develop data pipelines, and deliver dashboards that track operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Analytics Engineer experience with quantitative degree.
• Proficiency in SQL is required.
• CI/CD with data transformation is highly preferred.
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake/Azure) is preferred.
• Experience with Python or R is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build ELT data pipelines into the enterprise data warehouse using SQL and cloud tech.
• Create and maintain data ingestion architectures for varied sources.
• Translate operational processes into structured data repositories across domains.
• Develop dashboards with Tableau/Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with executives, operations, data/design teams on data infra needs.
• Maintain data security standards for enterprise and patient data.
