The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center is seeking energetic and relationship-oriented individuals to join our Welcome Desk team, delivering world-class hospitality and handling guest and member check-in, sales of day passes, gift cards and memberships.

This part-time position emphasizes relationship-building, program upsell, and accurate, confidential service in a Christian community center that values service to others and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; at least 2 years in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class hospitality to members and guests.
• Check-in guests and manage member interactions at the Welcome Desk.
• Upsell programs and activities through excellent customer service.
• Support member retention through relationship-building and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate information on memberships, passes, and activities.
