Job summary

The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center is seeking a lively, relationship-oriented Member & Guest Services Retention Specialist to design and implement strategies that maximize existing memberships.

You will lead retention analyses, coordinate outreach, and train front desk staff, while ensuring exceptional member experiences, cross-service communication, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention reports analysis and recommendations.
• Proactively make outbound calls to improve connections.
• Develop annual retention plan with membership management.
• Coordinate and execute retention actions with department heads.
• Research best practices to improve retention strategies.
• Train and oversee Members Services Associates.
• Assist with tracking, renewing, and maintenance of specialty memberships.
• Display expertise in membership sales and onboarding.
• Become proficient in the facility’s operations system for daily tasks.
• Handle escalated service situations and document incident reports.
