Responsibilities

• Actively listen to members' needs to identify and educate on solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Answer member questions about accounts and services, balance and reconcile when needed.
• Follow cash handling and daily work documentation procedures, including balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Support other branches regionally as needed.
