Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales and service environment involving cash handling and face-to-face customer service interaction.
• Prior experience in a financial institution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Complete member transactions with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and member service; includes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and related tasks.
• Balance assigned cash drawer at end of day.
