Service Credit Union in Portsmouth NH is seeking a full-time, on-site Loan Servicing Specialist to help ensure compliant, member-centric delivery of loan operations. The role requires accurate documentation, customer service excellence, and teamwork to meet department KPIs.

You will work with various banking systems, assist members with loans, online banking, and payments, and support audits, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
Financial industry experience and strong customer service skills preferred.
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and related banking software.

Responsibilities

Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Process loan servicing tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist members with online banking, external payments, and wires.
Support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
Contribute to achieving department SLA/KPIs and process improvements.
