Responsibilities

• Use active listening to understand member needs related to service and new accounts.
• Process loans, membership, and deposit products via online or telephone channels.
• Deliver an excellent member experience, combining service and sales to build loyalty.
• Manage risk through sound judgment and knowledge of ACU policies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with members, staff, and volunteers.
• Participate in required compliance and behavioral training.
• Leverage outbound calls, financial wellness conversations, and outreach to maximize engagement.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
