Job summary

Ashland Credit Union in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a Member Experience Consultant to join our team. You will understand member needs and apply ACU policies to deliver solutions through deposits, loans, and referrals while creating a memorable banking experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma, the ability to work Monday–Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Engage members with active listening to accurately identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Process teller transactions.
• Create a great member experience and solidify ACU loyalty by responding to member needs with service and sales channels.
• Identify and mitigate risk by following all security, compliance, and operational policies.
• Be a brand ambassador in all interactions with members, employees, ACU board members, and volunteers.
• Actively participate in required compliance and behavioral skill training.
• Utilize outbound calls and outreach campaigns to capitalize on member interactions.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support branch and organizational goals.
