Responsibilities

• Engage members through active listening to identify financial needs.
• Create a great member experience and ACU loyalty through service and sales.
• Identify and mitigate risk by following security, compliance and policies.
• Be a brand ambassador in interactions with members, employees, and volunteers.
• Participate in required compliance and behavioral skill training.
• Utilize outbound calls and financial wellness conversations to engage members.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support branch and organizational goals.
