Job summary

Ashland Credit Union in Russell, KY is seeking a Member Experience Consultant to deliver outstanding service and deepen member relationships. You will engage members, assess needs, and offer appropriate financial solutions while upholding security and compliance standards.

You will work Monday through Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm, contributing to a fast-paced team dedicated to member financial wellbeing and positive community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience in banking, tellering, or balancing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for consumer lending discussions.
• Strong problem solving and judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engage members through active listening to identify financial needs and recommend products or solutions.
• Create a great member experience and drive loyalty through service and sales channels.
• Identify and mitigate risk by following security, compliance, and operational policies.
• Be a brand ambassador in all interactions with members, staff and volunteers.
• Complete required compliance and behavioral skill training for excellent performance.
• Use outbound calls and financial wellness conversations to maximize member interactions.
• Support branch and organizational goals with additional responsibilities as assigned.
