Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Two to three years of financial institution experience in New Accounts, Sales and Consumer Loan origination is preferred.
• Strong communication and excellent member service are essential.
• Solid knowledge of sales and referral techniques is required.
• Working knowledge of personal computers is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop member relationships by providing high-quality sales and service.
• Open new accounts and explain products/services to members.
• Originates and funds consumer loans with cross-selling of products.
• Develop and maintain a follow-up program for expanding multiple account relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Credit Union policies.
