Excite Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative in California to deliver a winning service experience. You will process deposits, withdrawals and negotiable items while promoting credit union products and maintaining integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer-facing roles, cash handling experience, and a drive to learn and grow within a team that values member-centric service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year customer-facing experience in a retail environment.
• Experience working in positions with sales/referral goals (team & individual).
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to be fiscally responsible.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and process transactions accurately for members and non-members.
• Promote and advise on credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile negotiable items at end of shift.
• Answer basic questions and build relationships with members.
• Refer customers to specialists when appropriate.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
