Qualifications

• Provide consumer loan applicants with a lending experience that is friendly, professional, and tailored to their financial goals.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing loan applicants, positioning yourself as their personal lender.
• Maintain a positive, solution‑focused attitude in all interactions.
• Actively participate in outbound call campaigns to follow up on leads, offer assistance, or promote new opportunities.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience at a financial institution or 3 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consumer loans with friendly, professional service tailored to members' financial goals.
• Process applications from start to finish, including reviewing credit reports and closing loans.
• Meet or exceed lending and sales goals.
• Present loan protection products and refer opportunities to other departments as appropriate.
• Follow credit union policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintain compliance and confidentiality.
