Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a friendly teller to assist members with everyday financial needs and provide personal service that reinforces FCCU's community focus.

You will greet members in person, on the phone, or by email; process routine teller transactions; open new accounts; and cross-sell products, all while staying accurate, courteous and compliant in a fast-paced member service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous cash-handling preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
• Greet members in person, on the telephone, or by email and develop relationships as you serve their financial needs.
• Process routine teller transactions for new and existing members.
• Utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet current and future financial needs.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction.
• Provide engaging, personal service and be the face of FCCU to current and prospective members.
