Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Process all member transactions accurately and promptly, including withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
• Follow established processes and comply with policies and regulations; complete required training.
• Assist members with general account questions and refer to the right team for advanced services.
• Continuously learn about Coastal1's products and use internal portals to find answers quickly.
