Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong member service and cash-handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Process all member transactions accurately and promptly (withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders).
• Follow established policies and complete required compliance training.
• Assist members with general account questions and refer to appropriate team members for in-depth services.
• Learn about products and services and navigate internal portals to find answers efficiently.
