Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring to uphold merchandise protection, monitor entrances and exits, and deliver exceptional member service. You will enforce club policies, assist members, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment across the store.

Responsibilities include executing protection procedures, auditing pickup and payment workflows, and responding to security alarms while supporting team goals and daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audits security and checkout procedures per company standards.
• Monitors entry/exit and responds to EAS alarms.
• Inspects bags and assists with safety and policy compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains attendance.
