Qualifications

• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Conduct consultative conversations to cross-sell checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and refinances.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments accurately; research inquiries.
• Understand credit reports to offer best solutions for members.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain security and confidentiality; follow policies and procedures.
