Job summary

OnPath FCU is seeking a Financial Advocate to build relationships with members, present personalized solutions, and promote products that improve their financial well‑being. You will handle routine transactions, process deposits and loans, and deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced, member‑facing environment.

As a frontline representative, you’ll work with team members to cross‑sell checking, loans, credit cards, and referrals, while staying informed on products and policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer service environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
• Wamiliarity with routine financial transactions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other products as appropriate.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and support branch operations.
