Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• 2 years of direct member contact experience in providing financial products and services; six months teller experience and familiarity with platform operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial services through a consultative approach to determine value-added products and services.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the core system and platforms used to service members.
• Support greeter desk to direct members and establish rapport.
• Provide dual support to teller and new account operations at the branch.
• Promote member-first education culture and coach staff to meet education goals.
