Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a BXP Specialist at the Cerrillos Branch in Santa Fe, NM. You will assist members with deposits, loan payments, and other transactions while maintaining cash accuracy and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will promote credit union solutions, adhere to regulations, and contribute to branch success through teamwork and ongoing member education. A high school diploma and strong cash handling skills are required, with opportunities across Level I–II

Competenze

• Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
• Strong cash handling and customer service experience.
• Experience with core banking systems and transactions is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist members with deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and other transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Answer questions about products and services and resolve issues.
• Greet members and identify needs to promote credit union solutions.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and complete annual training.
