Job summary

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a Branch Experience Consultant at the Trinity Branch in Los Alamos, NM. The role focuses on superior member service, opening accounts, and providing lending solutions in a sales-oriented, consultative approach.

The position supports a team environment and emphasizes adherence to compliance and core values while promoting credit union products to enhance member relationships.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Two years of direct member contact experience in providing financial products and services; six months teller experience and familiarity with platform operations.
• High school education or GED for Level I; Level II requires a two-year college degree or equivalent training/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial services using a consultative approach to determine value-added products and services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of core banking systems and loan/deposit platforms.
• Support greeter desk and direct members to appropriate area.
• Promote credit union products and services while guiding members to live DNCU’s mission.
