Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a Branch Experience Consultant at the Trinity Branch in Los Alamos, NM. The role focuses on delivering courteous service, opening accounts, and providing lending solutions while promoting member relationships.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience in member services, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and ongoing learning opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• One to three years of related experience in member services or banking.
• Two years of direct member contact experience with financial products and services; six months teller experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist members with financial services and consult to meet needs.
• Open and close accounts; promote products and services; resolve problems.
• Operate core banking systems and loan/deposit platforms.
• Support greeter desk and direct members to the right area.
• Mentor and coach Member Service Specialists to promote DNCU products.
• Listen to members and improve their experience.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to increase engagement.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and complete annual training.
• Collaborate with team to ensure branch success.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
