Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Personal Banker to serve Members with courteous service, accurate transactions, and consultative guidance toward financial goals. You will open deposit accounts, process loans, review credit reports, and connect Members with the right partners.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service, a team mindset, and strong communication skills. A bilingual speaker is a plus, and you will participate in community events and branch activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a team environment is preferred.
• Consultative sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to Members and resolve questions and issues.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Process loan applications and financial transactions.
• Read and review credit reports with Members.
• Refer Members to internal business partners as needed.
• Support branch operations and participate in events and community activities.
