Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

• Experience in a credit union or bank is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate guidance to help members improve their financial well-being.
• Assist members with telephone requests; answer questions about products and services; resolve issues within authority or refer to supervisor.
• Assist with all transactions including account openings, loan payments, cash advances, and payments by phone with courteous, accurate service.
• Provide technical support for online services (online banking, bill payment) and review fraud alerts.
