Job summary

You will record interactions, follow procedures, and prepare documentation for accounts and loans while helping the branch meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of banking experience or 2 years of finance-related experience, or 6 months SDCCU member-facing work may be considered.
• Ability to promote products and services and meet member financial needs.
• Knowledge of loan policies is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math and financial calculation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Interview members to determine financial needs and select appropriate products.
• Identify and refer products/services to meet needs and meet performance goals.
• Record and track member interactions, referrals, and sales with integrity.
• Provide an exceptional service experience and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Prepare documentation for new accounts, loans, and card issuance.
• Assist with audits and maintain policy adherence.
