• Provide an exceptional service experience and respond to inquiries.
• Stay informed on policies and new products; follow procedures.
• Prepare documentation for new accounts, loans and card issuance.
• Ensure loan files are complete with comments and terms.
• Communicate loan decisions and provide financial counsel.
• Close loans promptly with follow-up; audits for integrity.
• Participate in business development and community outreach.
• Assist coworkers and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in AML/BSA compliance training as assigned.
