Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Financial Service Representative to work on-site from our Greenbrier Branch, Chesapeake, VA. You will deliver exceptional service and use consultative selling to meet members' needs.

You will process accounts, assist with online and telephone banking, and educate members on Langley products to help them save, borrow, and spend wisely while protecting their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or two years of sales or service experience advising customers when choosing between options or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• One year of financial institution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with impeccable service in person or over the phone and uses consultative selling to meet or exceed members’ needs.
• Answers calls, processes new accounts and loans, and educates members on Langley products and services.
