Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full Time Financial Service Representative to work on-site at our Greenbrier Branch in Chesapeake, VA. You will deliver impeccable member service, use consultative selling, and educate members on Langley products to improve their financial well-being.

Responsibilities include processing new accounts and loans, cross-training for teller support, and maintaining CRM records while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of sales or service experience required.
• One year of financial institution experience preferred.
• Ability to cross-train and work at other branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to members in-branch or by phone.
• Use consultative selling to meet member needs.
• Process new accounts, IRAs, and loans per policies.
• Cross-train to support teller line and CRM usage.
• Educate members on Langley products and services.
