Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Senior Financial Service Representative for the Taylor Road office in Chesapeake, VA. You will provide exceptional service to members, handle accounts and loans, and offer financial products to meet needs.

You will educate members on Langley products, assist with online/phone banking, and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or related field required.
• One year of financial institution experience required; three years preferred.
• Notary Public commission must be obtained within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Open and close branch procedures when leadership is not present.
• Mentor staff and provide on-site training.
• Process new accounts, loans, and transactions per policy to ensure compliance.
• Educate members on Langley products and services to improve financial well-being.
• Assist with Online and Telephone banking support and enrollment.

Education
