Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PFR I: 1 year experience in a financial institution.
• PFR II: 2 years experience in a financial institution (with 1 of the 2 years as a PFR) or related field plus proven sales/service performance.
• PFR III: 3 years experience in a financial institution (with 2 of the 3 years as a PFR) or related field plus proven sales/service performance.
• Excellent communication skills; sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications is preferred.
• Punctual and able to follow directions, interact effectively with coworkers, and follow posted work rules.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed established monthly/annual sales and service goals.
• Open new accounts ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
• Promote and cross-sell CCCU products and services to members to build long-term relationships.
• Process consumer and real estate loans.
• Ensure loan processing/documents are accurate and meet underwriter stipulations.
• Address difficult member situations and resolve positively.
• Serve as a backup to Personal Financial Assistant or Teller.
• May be required to maintain a cash drawer.
• May serve as notary.
• Complete documentation to ensure compliance with policy and external regulations; perform steps to ensure BSA/AML compliance.
• Participate in activities to increase member growth and retention; promote products and services; meet goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
