Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Preferred 1 year of Lending experience.
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists and guides members with financial transactions; opens, maintains, and closes consumer and commercial accounts.
• Guides members through loan applications and lending requirements.
• Processes teller transactions accurately and supports branch operations.
• Verifies information for compliance and maintains documentation accuracy.
• Safeguards member privacy and protects assets according to security procedures.
• Supports branch initiatives through sales, service, and community involvement.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
