Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Officer in Morristown East to deliver exceptional member service. You will assist with deposits, loans, IRAs, accounts, and other credit union products while guiding members through processes and addressing questions.

You will also ensure accurate documentation, follow lending guidelines, and participate in branch sales and service initiatives to support credit union goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Lending experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with a wide range of financial transactions and products.
• Open, maintain, and close consumer and commercial accounts; answer questions about products.
• Guide members through loan applications and explain terms and conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of fraud trends and security practices; process transactions per policy.
• Support branch operations and contribute to sales/service goals.
