Greater Iowa Credit Union in Denison, IA is seeking a Member Advisor to deliver an exceptional member experience. You will assist members with financial needs, promote credit union products and services, and help them meet their financial goals while following regulatory requirements.

This role involves evaluating loan applications, processing deposits and loans, using digital banking tools, and delivering prompt, accurate service in person, by phone, or online.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lending and deposits regulations preferred.
• Ability to explain products clearly and provide sound financial guidance.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
