• Ability to prepare loan documents and cross-sell financial services.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service, assess needs, and advise on MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell products and services to achieve sales and service goals.
• Originate loan servicing activities and support loan processes.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with branches and teams to ensure smooth member experiences.
