Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks a Financial Services Representative to deliver exceptional member service by processing loan servicing transactions and cross-selling MACU products.

Located at our Hurricane branch, this full-time role requires you to open new accounts, service existing ones, and guide members to the best financial solutions while meeting sales goals. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed while handling member activities.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services to meet member needs.
• Ability to prepare loan documents and review loan details.
• Strong math calculation ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assess member needs.
• Advise on MACU products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Meet sales and service goals.
• Use lead lists to contact members for consultations.
• Resolve member issues promptly and follow up.
• May require travel to other branches.
