Plunge House is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to lead a premium guest journey, welcome members, and promote memberships in Kansas City area. You will deliver an exceptional experience, conduct tours, and actively close memberships while engaging with the community.

This role blends hospitality with sales, requiring strong communication, CRM know-how, and the ability to work independently. A complimentary unlimited membership is included.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable asking for a credit card and handling objections.
• Experience with CRM, POS, and data entry.
• Mindbody experience a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with current and prospective members.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a premium, welcoming experience throughout every member and guest visit.
• Greet and welcome all members and guests with genuine warmth and energy.
• Provide information to prospective members regarding services, facilities, and membership options.
• Be a product of the product: take a minimum of two plunge sessions per week and engage in the community.
• Conduct facility tours for walk-ins and scheduled prospects, building value and urgency to close memberships on the spot.
• Actively sell memberships, intro offers, packages, and retail products during every shift.
• Handle objections with confidence and ask for the sale on every tour.
• Follow up with unconverted prospects via phone, text, and email within 24 hours using the CRM.
• Hit your assigned monthly sales quota and maintain a minimum 50% close rate on tours into recurring memberships.
• Maintain premium cleanliness standards throughout the facility at all times.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking towels and amenities, and maintaining retail displays.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties including facility walkthroughs and security checks.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Represent Plunge House® at vendor events, pop-ups, and joint venture partnerships as needed.
• Build relationships with neighboring businesses and local organizations to drive organic leads.
• Leverage personal and social networks to generate referrals and brand awareness.
